Taoist Healing Practice

The Taoist tradition has always carried multiple layers of knowledge — philosophy, art, movement, a spiritual path, as well as healing of body and spirit. Many Taoist masters were also doctors, poets, calligraphers, or scientists because the principles of Tao can be applied in various forms and areas of life.

In our work, we also perceive healing as a natural part of the way of Tao.
Zuna has been fascinated by the theme of health and balance for decades — her practice is rooted in Chinese medicine, Taoist philosophy, and working with the Qi energy. She works holistically, embracing the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.

In her therapeutic practice, she uses:

  • Shiatsu – Japanese pressure therapy based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • Medical Qigong – a form of energy treatment without touch, working with Qi flows and the meridian system
  • Reiki – gentle energy therapy
  • Moxibustion – warming points using mugwort moxa
  • Sound Therapy – use of therapeutic vibrations for relaxation and harmonization

The goal of these techniques is not only to relieve symptoms but to return the person to themselves — to flow, balance, and connection with their inner self.
