During your stay at the Pangea Center, we offer Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), a practice that deepens your perception of the forest and allows you to absorb the healing effects of nature more intensely. The foundation of this experience is slowing down and consciously perceiving the forest with all your senses.
Zuna will help you slow down and focus on the things that often go unnoticed or seem unimportant in everyday life—countless subtle sounds, scents, shades of color, the texture of bark, leaves, and moss, the movement of the wind in the treetops, the tiny life forms in the soil and among the roots. Over time, you will surrender completely to the present moment and let the forest work on your body and mind.
Zuna also integrates forest bathing with Qi Gong practice, particularly Qi Gong with trees—an ancient Taoist method of energy exchange with trees—supporting a deeper connection with nature and its energy.
