Year-long Qi Gong Cycle_Wisdom of the Body
A comprehensive year-long module of study and practice focusing on cultivating the body, harmonizing it with energy and mind through Qi Gong, Nei Gong, Taoist philosophy, and Western anatomy, as well as learning the Wudang Five Animals Form.
Zuna and Milan will share their extensive experience in working with the body, movement, and Taoist philosophy. If you are interested in joining the retreat to China with Master Bing in 2026, they will thoroughly prepare you for it.
Milan will bring a wealth of expertise in connecting anatomy and movement with Taoist principles rooted in the classic texts I Ching and Tao Te Ching. Through movement, Zuna will provide insights into Chinese medicine, the meridian system, and the Nei Gong approach to exercises.
Together, they aim for a deeper understanding of anatomical and energetic interconnections to achieve balanced body alignment and effective integration of the body and mind, creating optimal conditions for practicing Qi Gong. This will include both simpler and more complex sequences, such as: Ji Ben Qi Gong (Basic Qi Gong Exercice), Ba Duan Jin (Eight Pieces of Brocade), Song Kai Guan Jie (Joint Opening), Yi Jin Jing (Muscle-Tendon Transformation) and Wudang Five Animals Form.
The School is Open to All Serious Participants
Whether you are an advanced practitioner or a beginner, this program welcomes everyone. While it serves as preparation for the retreat to China in 2026, the workshops are also open to others interested in cultivating the body and spirit. Ideally, the most meaningful experience comes from attending the entire series of weekends, but participation in individual weekends is also possible. Please note that the number of spots is limited.
