Cancellation Policy
Organizing seminars requires a lot of energy, time, and preparation — from venue rental and logistics to content development. Therefore, we have created simple rules that protect our shared space — they help us cover commitments related to organizing and allow us to distinguish genuine interest from impulsive bookings.
Thanks to these rules, seminar spots remain available for those who truly desire and feel called to attend. We kindly ask for a conscious and responsible approach when registering — and in case of cancellation, for respecting our cancellation policy.
The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel your participation:

60 days or more before the seminar start: €10

7 weeks or less before the seminar: 10% of the price

5 weeks or less before the seminar: 25% of the price

4 weeks or less before the seminar: 35% of the price

3 weeks or less before the seminar: 50% of the price

2 weeks or less before the seminar: 65% of the price

10 days or less before the seminar: 80% of the price

3 days or less (including the day before the seminar start): 100% of the price
If the participant finds a replacement to take their place, cancellation fees do not apply. The full payment transfers to the new participant.
In case of unexpected illness, we always try to find a fair solution. If you notify us in time, we can agree — either to transfer part of the payment to a future seminar or to reduce the cancellation fee depending on the situation.
