Lectures and Online Lessons: Medicine in Movement
We offer lectures and online lessons designed to meet your needs. These sessions focus on the health of both body and mind for dancers, athletes, yogis, and other movers, from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Qi Gong.
If you are interested in hosting a lecture at your school, institution, theatre, conference, or similar event – or if you would like to create an online seminar on integrating TCM principles into the health and well-being of people working with the moving human body – contact Zuna. Together, we will create content tailored specifically for you.
Topics include:
- Prevention through the principles of TCM
- Different needs of the body in each season and the Five Element concept
- Relationships between organs, seasons, and specific body parts (bones, joints, muscles, tendons, etc.)
- Qi – its use and preservation during active movement
- The meaning of pain and how to understand it
- Yin and yang and their relation to the human body and its capabilities
- The importance of mental hygiene

Additional topics can be developed according to your needs.
Zuna will be happy to come to you as well.
