Conscious slowing down, returning to silence, deeper listening to oneself and to nature, inner reset and restart, awakening mindfulness.
In our daily practice, we increasingly draw on the wisdom of natural cycles and Taoist philosophy, which teaches us to let things flow, to avoid forcing change, and to listen to the needs of the body, mind, and soul. At the same time, we are aware of the confusion in human hearts – pressured by systems, overwhelmed by an excess of information, and burdened by performance demands, they are becoming less and less able to give themselves space for quiet, self-care, and deeper inner growth.
Regular meditations and retreats are a path back to oneself – through breath, inner silence, mindful movement, and nature. Taoism offers several supportive ways to do this.

Meditations
Taoist meditations have their roots in nei gong – the inner work with oneself. They help to quiet the spirit, cultivate it, and at the same time connect it with the body and the energy of qi. These are healing meditations aimed at supporting organs, glands, and various physical structures – bones, muscles, tendons, the spine, and more.
Guided meditations revive the flow of energy and direct it to specific areas of the body, while harmonizing the psyche and helping to regulate emotions. Chinese medicine emphasizes that mental balance is the foundation not only of emotional but also physical health.
We also offer online Taoist meditations – live-streamed or recorded – which allow you to immerse yourself in the practice from the comfort of your own home.
Taoist Retreats
During retreats, we dive deeper into the principles of Taoism and into ourselves – through meditations, qigong and nei gong exercises, discussions on Taoist principles, and exploring ways to apply them in daily life. The silence of nature becomes a support, slowing down becomes a remedy, and non-action becomes a creative space.
The place where we gather always has its meaning – whether in snow-covered mountains during winter or amidst greenery and summer warmth. Nature teaches us everything essential. In this kind of work, it acts as a catalyst for deeper and more focused presence, helping participants to integrate new insights into their bodies and minds more permanently.
An important part is also contemplation in silence – one full day of complete silence, without communication with the outside world, yet in deep communion with oneself.
We would be happy to come to you as well.
