Dancing Qigong
Embodying Breath and Sound

14.-15.2. 2026_Bratislava

This intensive weekend workshop with Milan Kozánek is dedicated to a deeper connection between the body, breath, and sound, and to exploring their mutual interaction.

Breath and sound become impulses that move the body, while movement opens space for opening the dynamics of breath. We will explore the cyclical nature of inhalation and exhalation in the context of Yin and Yang— actively engaging the in-breath or out-breath, at other times simply observing the natural flow of breath in movement and stillness alike.

The aim is to gain a deeper understanding of movement in its natural continuity and fluidity, while also connecting anatomy, energy, and movement quality. We will work with sound as vibration, transforming the body into a resonant landscape where movement responds to sound, and sound becomes a stimulus for movement.

The workshop offers both personal and groupe experience: discovering one’s own path of movement, breath, and sound, while also connecting with the energy and rhythm of others. It opens a space for an experience of unity, where body, breath, and sound merge into a living, harmonious whole.

Milan’s work involves a highly erudite approach to the human body, combining a deep knowledge of human anatomy with energy work. He connects body movement with the principles of qigong and martial arts. He has developed a method that helps not only to better connect with your body, but also a clearer understanding of how to work with it in a healthier, more conscious, and creative way.

The workshop is intended for those who are dedicated to bodywork, dance, or personal development and want to discover deeper layers of the body and freedom of movement. It is also intended for people without previous experience.
