What to Expect
- Intensive Qi Gong and Tai Chi Chuan practice under the guidance of Taoist Master Zhong XueChao (Master Bing), directly at the source of this ancient art, where the spirit of Taoist culture is still alive.
- In 2026, we will learn the ancient Taiji 13 Postures (十三势), a form believed to have been created by Zhang Sanfeng, the legendary founder of Taiji Quan.
- Accommodation and training at Taiji Temple in Fuquan, where we will experience authentic temple life with ongoing Taoist activities—ceremonies, morning and daily chanting, exercises…
- Accommodation also in the heart of the Wudang Mountains, near the famous Purple Cloud Temple, and at Master Bing’s school on the other side of the mountains.
- Immersion in Taoist culture through practices of meditation, longevity techniques, calligraphy, Chinese painting, Chinese medicine principles, traditional Guqin music, and even demonstrations of Taoist dietary cooking.
- Visits to historical treasures of the Wudang Mountains, such as the Golden Summit Temple (JinDing), South Cliff Temple (NanYan), and Purple Cloud Temple, where Master Bing studied for 15 years.
- In Fuquan, an excursion to the autonomous region of the Miao ethnic minority.
- Plus other special experiences, some of which we’ll keep as a surprise!

Price
$1400 (in a double room) or $1850 (in a private room) – includes tuition, accommodation, and meals at Taiji Temple, as well as accommodation and meals in the Wudang Mountains and Master Bing’s school.
Approx. €100 for transfers from and to the airport, Wudang entrance fee, etc.
Approx. €100 for transfer from Guiyang to Wudangshan.
Approx. €100 for temple and museum entrance fees.
Approx. €1000 for travel expenses (depends on when flights are booked).
Participation Requirements
Since we will be training with a master, it is important to come prepared. You don’t need to be highly advanced, but a basic understanding of Qi Gong is recommended (e.g., Eight Pieces of Brocade and Wudang Five Animals Form).
To help participants prepare, Zuna and Milan will offer a series of workshops in Bratislava in 2025, along with other Qi Gong retreats to get you ready for this unforgettable experience.
The preparatory training will continue from January to April 2026 .
