You don\u2019t need to be highly advanced, but a <strong>basic understanding of Qi Gong<\/strong> is recommended and <strong>basic knowledge of the Wudang Five Animals form<\/strong>.<br \/>\nTo help participants prepare, <strong>Zuna and Milan<\/strong> will offer a <strong>series of workshops in Bratislava<\/strong> in 2025, along with other Qi Gong retreats to get you ready for this unforgettable experience.<br \/>\nAt the beginning of 2026 \u2013 on the<strong> weekends of January 24\u201325, February 21\u201322, and March 21\u201322<\/strong> \u2013 a series of weekend
