In 2016, she founded the platform <strong>Dance and Medicine<\/strong> to create a space where body, movement, and awareness merge into a single healing dialogue.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"1042\">The project includes seminars, studies, blog publishing, and book creation. For more than seven years, it has also served as a laboratory exploring <strong>how conscious movement can support the health and life energy<\/strong> of both dancers and non-dancers. This work operates internationally through seminars, creative workshops, and practical investigations with students from many countries around the world.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"564\"><strong data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"562\">The Medicine in Dance project comprises:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"1174\"><a href=\"https:\/\/artyci.com\/en\/celorocny-cyklus\/\"><strong data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"609\">Dance through the Five Phases of Energy<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 A year-long cycle through the five phases (elements) according to Chinese medicine. Five weekend meetings, each in a different season, invite participants to sense the body\u2019s needs in that season and element, stimulate Qi flow in the meridians, and experience the transformations of yin and yang through movement. The body becomes a map and dance a path, revealing the connection between internal organs, physical structures, and breath, while expanding one\u2019s movement vocabulary and creative patterns based on the principles of Chinese medicine<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1550\"><a href=\"https:\/\/artyci.com\/en\/bdelost-tela\/\"><strong data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1194\">Body Awakeness<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 A series of workshops exploring mindful movement and listening to the body\u2019s energy. The focus is on consciously organizing the body and using the physio-dynamics of movement and breath for healing purposes. The work engages the main physical and energetic centers, meridians, and bridges between Western and Eastern \u201cenergetic anatomy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1883\"><a href=\"https:\/\/artyci.com\/en\/intenzivne-workshopy\/\"><strong data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1584\">Dance and Medicine_Intensive<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Intensive multi-day seminars (5\u20137 days) offering a deep and concentrated immersion into the theory of the five phases (elements) of Chinese medicine and the principles of yin-yang through movement. Each block combines a comprehensive theoretical overview with rich practical work<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"2033\"><a href=\"https:\/\/artyci.com\/en\/vyskum\/\"><strong data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"1897\">Research<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 A systematic laboratory, study, and documentation of the effects of conscious movement on health and quality of life.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2220\"><a href=\"https:\/\/artyci.com\/en\/blog\/\"><strong data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2044\">Blog<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2013 Inspirations, insights, and sharing of experiences, including records from the Dance and Medicine research and excerpts from the book <a href=\"https:\/\/artyci.com\/en\/knihy-2\/\"><em data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2202\">The Tao of Movement<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2359\"><a href=\"https:\/\/artyci.com\/en\/vyskum\/\"><strong data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2234\">Lectures<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Talks and online lessons on health from the perspective of Chinese medicine, tailored to individual needs<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2766\"><a href=\"https:\/\/artyci.com\/en\/knihy-2\/\"><strong data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2389\">The Tao of Movement book<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 A compass for the journey through movement and energy. It combines Chinese medicine, prevention, injury treatment, mental balance, work with Qi, and yin-yang.
