Such a mind has the time to truly listen to the body\u2019s energy, to recognize its sensations, and to transform natural impulses into free movement. Through these inner experiences, we discover the body\u2019s true intelligence, its subatomic physics, and the natural mechanical laws of its movement logic. This process can unfold only in the present moment, where the mindfulness of the mind becomes essential. Our aim is what we call the <strong><em data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"733\">incarnated mind<\/em> \u2014 a mind fully embodied<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"1022\">Attention is also given to conscious work with the main physical and energetic centers, as well as with the energy pathways (meridians). We uncover <strong>connections between Western anatomy and Eastern \u201cenergetic anatomy,\u201d<\/strong> where spiritual contexts naturally arise.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1080\"><strong data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1078\">Outline of the <\/strong><em data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1059\"><strong>Body Awakeness<\/strong><\/em><strong> weekend modules:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1672\"><strong data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1098\">Living Spine<\/strong><br data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1101\" \/>The spine is the body\u2019s main structural pillar and energetic channel. Through \u201canatomy in motion\u201d and mindful improvisations, we embark on an intensive journey of detailed work with the spine, its relationships to other parts of the body, and the discovery of new dimensions of its presence in space and time. We learn to sense and use its individual segments so that, through chain reactions, we can reveal its multifunctional plasticity. Qi Gong practice will focus on activating the Qi flow along the spine. The weekend also offers effective relief from spinal pain.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"2325\"><strong data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1693\">Breathing Bones<\/strong><br data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1696\" \/>The skeletal structure is the deepest and most stable foundation of our body \u2014 the basis of both life and movement. This seminar leads us, through movement, to understand the natural arrangement of the bones, the mechanics of their cooperation in movement, and the structural support they provide. It also offers a chance to connect with the \u201cspirit\u201d of the bones and listen to its message for our soul. Through Qi Gong, we will work on supporting their strength and flexibility. Every bone carries its own story, shaped by how it is used, by nutrition, and by emotions. We will attune to these stories and explore their needs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2327\" data-end=\"2951\"><strong data-start=\"2327\" data-end=\"2343\">Fluid Joints<\/strong><br data-start=\"2343\" data-end=\"2346\" \/>The body\u2019s range of movement depends on the natural mobility of its joints. Through anatomical imagery in motion, we rediscover each joint\u2019s potential, revitalizing them in the process. Alongside mindful movement improvisations, Qi Gong practice will focus on working with energy in the joints, which also strengthens the kidneys \u2014 organs responsible for the health of bones, cartilage, hair, and teeth, as well as for our will to live or our fears. We will also explore the link with the mental world, as mental flexibility is closely tied to physical flexibility, with joint health playing a key role.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2953\" data-end=\"3544\"><strong data-start=\"2953\" data-end=\"2968\">Happy Psoas<\/strong><br data-start=\"2968\" data-end=\"2971\" \/>The deepest muscle in the human body is connected to our deepest emotional and physical attitudes, our vertical alignment, and our ability to walk forward with ease. The psoas, which enables upright posture, serves as a meeting point between the upper and lower halves of the body \u2014 a bridge between yin and yang Qi flowing within us. It is also linked to the energy of the lower <em data-start=\"3351\" data-end=\"3360\">dantian<\/em> (energetic centre) and the kidneys. Through \u201canatomy in motion,\u201d mindful improvisations, and Qi Gong, we will bring awareness to, awaken, and restore the health of this vital muscle.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3546\" data-end=\"4151\"><strong data-start=\"3546\" data-end=\"3579\">The Key Role of the Clavicles<\/strong><br data-start=\"3579\" data-end=\"3582\" \/>The shoulder girdle, of which the clavicles are a part, is highly mobile. For people who sit long hours at a computer, this area is often subjected to discomfort and collapse. Energetically, the clavicles are a place of strong dynamic charge, a portable bridge for energy channels, and a crucial passageway between the arms and the spine, or between the arms and the heart and lungs. Their curved, meandering shape reflects the interaction between yin and yang. Through movement and Qi Gong, we will reawaken this \u201cworld\u201d of the body and tap into its potential again.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4153\" data-end=\"4966\"><strong data-start=\"4153\" data-end=\"4176\">Meridians in Motion<\/strong><br data-start=\"4176\" data-end=\"4179\" \/>Learning the meridians is an excellent way to deepen a conscious relationship with the body. One of the best ways to work with them \u2014 and to remember them \u2014 is through movement. This seminar focuses on working mindfully with the flow of Qi in the meridians through Qi Gong and movement improvisations. These naturally awaken awareness of the skeletal structure, tendons, and muscles. As we locate and work with the main organ meridians, we connect with the organs and body structures related to them. This practice has a strong impact on overall health and offers a healthier approach to both body and work. It can also serve as inspiration for creative movement and lifestyle choices.
